This project has shaped the city center like few others, thanks to its distinctive architectural language and its role as an unrivaled shopping center with around 80 stores and approximately 1,100 parking spaces. Its development made a substantial contribution to urban regeneration. Nearly all retail sectors relevant to the city center are represented here, making the property a central attraction for the region.
